Step 1: Select your lens

Step 2: What do you use your glasses for?

Step 3: How would you like to submit your prescription?

Step 4: What is your Pupillary Distance (PD)?

If you have a single PD, enter it below. If you have two PD numbers (one for each eye), enter both.

Single PD? Enter the same value in both fields, or just enter it in the Right Eye field.
Example: If your prescription shows "PD: 63", enter 31.5 for each eye, or 63 in the Right Eye field only.

📏 About Pupillary Distance (PD)

Pupillary Distance (PD) is the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil and the center of the other. This measurement ensures your lenses are properly centered for optimal vision.

We recommend asking your doctor to measure this specifically and add it to your prescription as it is not normally included.

Don't have your PD? If your prescription does not include a PD and you don't feel confident in measuring it yourself, don't worry. Just select 63mm, as an average PD value is between 58 and 65 for an adult.
How to measure your Pupillary Distance:
  • Grab a small ruler (mm) in one hand, and have your pencil and paper handy.
  • Position yourself approximately 8 inches (20 cm) away from a mirror.
  • Close your left eye and align the 0 mm over the center of your right pupil.
  • Open your left eye and close your right eye.
  • The number that lines up directly over your left pupil is your PD.

*I have 2 Pupillary Distance numbers* — Some prescriptions list separate PD measurements for each eye (Right/OD and Left/OS). If so, select "My PD is not listed / I have 2 PD numbers" and enter both values.
