All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Michele Margaux or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Be aware that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting.

4. WARNING AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Not Safety Eyewear: Michele Margaux eyeglasses and sunglasses are designed for fashion and aesthetic purposes, and for visual correction where applicable. They are NOT protective eyewear and are not intended to be used as "safety glasses" as defined by OSHA or ANSI Z87.1 standards. They should not be used for contact sports, industrial work, construction, or any activity where eye injury from impact is a risk.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed on https://www.michelemargaux.com are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order or to cancel your order for any reason, without liability to you or anyone else. This includes, but is not limited to, the product being out of stock, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in US Dollars. You agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submit your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

7. PRESCRIPTION LENSES
If you order prescription lenses, you verify that you have a valid prescription issued within 1 year by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. You verify that the data you enter matches your prescription exactly. Michele Margaux is not responsible for discomfort or vision issues resulting from incorrect data entry by the customer or an outdated prescription.

8. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
